REGISTER
If you would like to make a purchase, you will be required to register on the website
or by telephone. In order to register you must provide your name (not an assumed
name), valid address, valid email address and valid phone number. In order to bid on
and participate in auctions, you must additionally provide your valid credit card
information. You are responsible for providing WSN, Inc. with updated contact
information. WSN, Inc will rely on the most recent information provided by you in
order to contact you.

BUYERS PREMIUM
A buyers premium of 10% of the final bid price will be added to the total for all
winning auction bids.
RETURN POLICY
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. Customer service will be able
to issue RMA numbers Monday - Friday 10AM - 6PM.
Items may be returned only if they meet specifications outlined within the terms and
conditions. Items must be received in the same condition as when they were
packaged for shipment. Any merchandise that has been altered in any way or items
which are not in the same state and condition as when they were packaged, may not
be returned for any reason.
Standard Return Policy (Website, Direct Purchase and Buy Now Items)
For all non-auction items, including items ordered from wsntv.com we offer a 15 day
money back guarantee. You may return your purchase within 15 days for either an
exchange or a full refund (less shipping). Items must be received in the same
condition as when they were packaged for shipment. Any merchandise that has been
altered in any way or items which are not in the same state and condition as when
they were packaged, may not be returned for any reason. RMA numbers are required.
Live Auction Event Return Policy
For all auction items, we offer a 15 day money back guarantee if the item is not as it
was described in the auction. For example; if the auctioneer stated that a piece of
artwork was an oil painting and it was actually a lithograph, a full refund will be
issued. Auction purchases returned for any other reason are subject to a restocking fee
equal to the greater of $5 or 10% of the purchase price. Items must be received in the
same condition as when they were packaged for shipment. Any merchandise that has
been altered in any way or items which are not in the same state and condition as
when they were packaged, may not be returned for any reason. The buyer's premium
is non-refundable. RMA numbers are required.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
Use of the website is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or over. By
using the website, you represent to WSN, Inc that you meet this age criteria.
In addition to agreeing to the terms and conditions contained herein, you agree to
abide by any and all laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations concerning your
use of the website and/or the network. As a condition of access to and use of the
website and/or the network, you warrant to WSN, Inc. that you will not access or use
the website or the network for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this
Agreement.
It is your sole responsibility to maintain the security of your account and password.
Your password is for your personal use only and may not be used by any third party,
even with your permission. You are solely responsible for any and all actions taken
under your password on this website. You agree to be financially responsible for all
of your use of this website.

WSN, Inc records all phone calls to insure the quality of customer service.
CHANGES & AMENDMENTS
WSN, Inc. reserves the right to change and amend these terms and conditions and the
website from time to time without prior notice to you. Such changes and amendments
shall become effective immediately upon the posting of same to the website. You are
responsible for reviewing the website periodically for any modification to this
agreement that may affect your rights or obligations hereunder. Your continued
access and use of the website, auction events and/or the network after the posting of
changes and amendments shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of any
revisions or additions.
INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WSN, Inc, its affiliates,
employees, officers, directors, and agents from any claim, losses, damages, liabilities,
costs, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party
arising out of or relating to your breach of this Agreement or your access to or use of
the website, catalogues or the network and for your participation in the sales and
events of WSN, Inc. The foregoing indemnification obligation shall survive
termination of this Agreement and the website and any product or service provided to
you arising out of or relating to your use of the website, catalogues or the network.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WSN, Inc. makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the
website, the content, or any linked website, including the availability of any website
or the content, information and materials on the website or the accuracy,
completeness or timeliness of that content, information or materials. WSN, Inc also
does not warrant or represent that your access to or use of the website or any linked
website will be uninterrupted or free of errors or omissions, that defects will be
corrected, or that the website or any linked website is free of computer viruses or
other harmful components. All content on the website and in the catalogue is
provided to users “AS IS,” with no warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied
including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose, title, non-infringement security or accuracy. The “AS IS,”
condition of content is expressly made a condition of any transaction arising through
or as a result of the website, the catalogue, phone contact, email contact or the
network. Under no circumstances shall WSN, Inc, its suppliers or their respective
directors, officers, employees or agents be liable to you or to any third party for any
indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, whether in contract or
in tort including negligence arising in any way out of access to or use or inability to
access or use the website, catalogues, linked websites or its contents, lost profits,
business interruption or loss of programs or other data on computer systems or
otherwise, even if WSN, Inc is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall WSN, Inc’s liability exceed fifteen dollars and no cents ($15.00).
No waiver of WSN, Inc of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a
waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. If any provision of this
agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that
provision shall be deemed severable from the terms herein and shall not affect the
validity and enforceability other provisions of the Agreement. The headings and
captions in this Agreement are intended for convenience only and shall in no way
affect the interpretation of the Agreement.
WSN, Inc shall not be liable for any nonperformance or delay in performance caused
by any act beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts or
omissions of third parties, unavailability of supplies, equipment failure, war, strikes,
lock-outs, fire, flood, or any other act of God, any law, regulation, ordinance, or other
act or order of any court, government, or governmental agency, or delays,
unavailability, errors, or other failures of the Internet or other data networks.
BIDDING AND BUYING IN OUR AUCTION EVENTS
Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that you are legally obligated to complete any and all auction
transactions in which you are the high bidder and provided that any reserve price has
been met. Any failure to complete an auction transaction on your part may result in
your being denied use and access to the website in addition to any other remedies
available at law or equity. We reserve the right to cancel any auction at any time in
our sole discretion.
Types of Auctions
WSN, Inc currently conducts numerous types of auctions including, without
limitation, reserve auctions and no-reserve auctions. (A “reserve price” is the lowest
possible selling price.)
LEGAL JURISDICTION
These conditions of sale as well as the purchaser's and our respective rights and
obligations hereunder shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance
with the laws of the State of Georgia. By bidding at an auction, whether present in
person or by an agent, order bid, telephone or other means, the purchaser shall be
deemed to have consented to the jurisdiction of the state courts of, and the federal
courts sitting in, The State of Georgia, Fulton County. The jurisdiction provisions of
this paragraph are mandatory. In the event that any legal action is required to enforce
any of the provisions of this Agreement, WSN, Inc. shall be entitled to recover its
attorney fees and costs.
DMCA Notification Agent. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
(DMCA), WSN, Inc has designated an agent to receive notification of alleged copyright
infringement occurring on the website.

Contents of Notice
The DMCA requires that all notices of alleged copyright infringement be in writing. For
WSN, Inc to act on your notice, you must be authorized to enforce the copyrights that
you allege have been infringed. When informing WSN, Inc of an alleged copyright
infringement, you should include the following information:
• Identify the copyrighted work that allegedly has been infringed. If multiple
copyrighted works are involved, please provide a representative list of such works
as well as where each infringed work may be found.
• Describe the material that is claimed to be infringing and provide sufficient
information to permit WSN, Inc to locate that material.
• Provide your contact information, including an address, telephone number,
facsimile number and, if available, an e-mail address.
• Certify or include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the
copyright-protected material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the
copyright owner, the owner's agent, or law.
• Certify that the information that you have provided WSN, Inc is accurate. You
should attest under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to enforce the
copyrights that you allege have been infringed.
• Include your physical or electronic signature.
WSN, Inc may not be able to act on your complaint promptly or at all if you do not
provide this information.
By your registration and/or participation in any WSN, Inc event, you agree to be
bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This is the entire Agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and
shall not be modified except in writing signed by both parties or by a new posting by
WSN, Inc, as described above.
